A body like this takes serious dedication–along with some good genes, of course. So how does Ms. Zelwegger–who notoriously packed on, then lost, 30 pounds for her role in Bridget Jones (twice!)–achieve this body?
According to an interview with the actress in The Daily Mail, she doesn’t work with a personal trainer, but runs outdoors or on the treadmill every single day, and lifts heavy weights 3-4 times a week for an hour. Renee is a die-hard gym buff, calling fitness facilities her “safety blanket” when she travels, as she knows they’ll be available to her in every city she goes.
As for her diet, she says she hates rich foods, and that her favorite meal is grilled spinach with salmon.
Well–that’ll do it! And let me tell you, I’ve seen THE Z leaving Equinox at Columbus Circle; her body is SICK.
